A Little Motivation

I have decided to start posting short motivational and informational posts every Monday! They will be very easily accessible by looking to the left of the screen under categories and clicking on “Monday Motivation.” I hope that these will give you the boost you need to power through your week. We all have our off weeks and it can be easy to begin thinking you are the only one. That is why it is so important in the world of health and nutrition to encourage one another.

So, without further ado, the first Monday motivation is to keep pushing forwards no matter what. All the time I see people that are on their game, eating their meals each day and working out. Then, all of the sudden they will go crazy at a restaurant or wherever stuffing their faces with a smorgesborg of unhealthy yet delightful foods. A couple hours later, they realize what they have done and it is all over. They are full of discouragement and do not see the point of moving on in their diet because they have one bad meal under their belt so why not have another. However, it is important to realize that life is going to happen. Therefore, you have your bad meal, but you then refocus the next day and get back to chasing your goals. Make your goals a priority and don’t let anything get in your way!
