How to Make Ramen: A Delicious Recipe Guide

Ramen recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams of ramen noodles
  • 1 liter of chicken broth or vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of miso paste (soybean paste)
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic (minced)
  • 1 piece of fresh ginger (grated)
  • 1 carrot (julienned)
  • 1 cup of fresh peas or pea shoots
  • 200 grams of tofu or boiled chicken breast (optional)
  • Fresh green onions (chopped, for garnish)
  • Mustard or chili pepper (optional, if you like it spicy)

Instructions:

  1. Boil water in a pot and cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Once the noodles are cooked, drain and set them aside.
  2. In another large pot, heat the chicken broth or vegetable broth. When it starts to boil, add the miso paste and stir until well combined.
  3. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger to the broth. Stir until all the ingredients are well mixed.
  4. Add the julienned carrots and peas to the pot. Boil these ingredients for about 5-7 minutes or until the vegetables are as tender as you like.
  5. If you want to add chicken breast or tofu, chop them into pieces and add them to the pot. Boil for a few more minutes.
  6. Add the boiled ramen noodles to the pot and heat everything together until well combined.
  7. Pour your ramen soup into bowls and top it with chopped fresh green onions and, if desired, mustard or chili pepper.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
